Speak to Ereno at (18,2). Click "Acolyte Ordeal"

Gramail

Head to Loures Castle Way and enter Shrine of Gramail - Loures at (9,18).
Speak to Camille at (3,4). Click "Acolyte Conspiracy".
She will ask for some favors.
Firstly donate 10,000 coins to the temple.

She will also ask you to stop the Mortair Gang from raiding their caravans.
Click "I'll go now" to escort the next caravan.
Walk around and the gang will appear. You are given 3 options;
"Prepare to die"
Kill the Thieves and you will receive a

Mortair Hideout Map.

"Join the guild"
Search around inside the Thief Hideout to find the Map

Click the map to return to Loures Castle Way and reenter Shrine of Gramail - Loures.

Speak to Camille again.
The Sgrios temple have been doing extensive research into botany.
She will tell you that she spoke to the Fiosachd temple and they will see you.

Fiosachd

Head to Abel Port Way and enter the Shrine of Fiosachd - Abel at (9,6).
Speak to Audny at (3,4). Click "Acolyte Conspiracy".
She will ask for some favors.
Firstly donate 10,000 coins to the temple.

She will also ask you to collect some business investments and to do it quickly.
You will have 3 minutes to collect money from;
Alane in Oren Island Jewelry Shop
Areini in Tagor Pet Store
Gudny in Suomi Restaurant

Once you have all 3 payments return to the Shrine of Fiosachd - Abel.
(If you are not fast enough try using animal forms and town songs.)

Speak to Audny again.
The Sgrios temple started researching botany after the Deoch temple took interest.
She will tell you that she spoke to the Ceannlaidir temple and they will see you.

Ceannlaidir

Head to Piet Village Way and enter the Shrine of Ceannlaidir - Piet at (8,7).
Speak to Erika at (3,4). Click "Acolyte Conspiracy".
She will ask for some favors.
Firstly donate 10,000 coins to the temple.

She will also ask you to kill 10 Goblin Warlord in Grass Battle Field.
Head to Grass Battle Field and kill 10 Goblin Warlord.

Once you have killed 10 return to the Shrine of Ceannlaidir - Piet.

Speak to Erika again.
The Sgrios temple are in posession of a seed of darkness and Deoch a seed of light
She will tell you that she spoke to the Sgrios temple and they will see you.

Sgrios

Head to Rucesion Village Way and make your way to Shrine of Sgrios - Dubhaim. (Sgrios Temple)
Speak to Greim at (3,4). Click "Acolyte Conspiracy".
He will ask for some favors.
Firstly go to the Arena and kill a player.
Return to Greim and type your victim's name. (Case sensitive!)

He will now tell you everything he knows;
He says that Deoch temple started all this.
Deoch was no longer able to suppress his emotions for Danaan and has been attempting to ressurect her.
Ressurecting a goddess is no easy task so they have instead tried to reincarnate her.
Through extensive research in botany, elements and prayers a seed of light was created.
The seed was planted long ago and they hoped it would grow into the likeness of Danaan.
The Sgrios temple imitated the process and planted their own seed of darkness.
The seeds are almost fully grown and the success of either is unknown.

He will ask you to intervene and ensure the failure of Danaan's reincarnation.
He gives you a vial to pour on the roots of the tree of light.

Head to Shinewood Forest 20 and enter the log at (23,5)
The tree will kill you. (You won't pile. It will simply send you home)

Return to Greim and he will give you a

Dark Shield.
By facing the tree (up arrow) it will prevent you taking damage.
