Tailoring
Any class with the Tailoring skill can tailor armors to enhance their attributes.
Warriors Monks and Rogues can learn Tailoring from a trainer, and Priests and Wizards may learn it during
March Events.
By Tailoring an armor it will become lighter and add more protection. However, the level required to equip it an the repair cost will increase also.
NOTE: Armors become perishable once tailored. They will disappear upon death if equipped.
To tailor an armor you will need to head to a tailor of your choice. There is one in Mileth, Abel, Piet, Rucesion, Oren and Undine. You may tailor either alone or with an assistant. An assistant will increase the chance of tailoring a higher grade whilst guaranteeing you won't break the armor. Tailoring will consume your labor but not your assistant's.
Each time an armor is tailored you have a chance to receive "Tailoring #" you may improve your tailoring skill to increase the chance of tailoring a higher grade. The highest known Tailoring skill is 18.

Dyeing Armors
With Tailoring you are also able to dye the color of armors.
The level 11, 41, 71 and 97 armors, as well as a few others may be dyed. Check out the
Armor pages to view the available colors for your armor.
To dye an armor you will need to be a current or former Respected Citizen and you will need an assistant who also has the tailoring skill.
The Respected Citizen will begin the dialog with the tailoring Mundane, and the Tailor will hold the armor and assist them.
You can dye the armor using "normal" or "grand" options, depending on the armor.
Each town has it's own tailor, and you can dye an armor Loures at the bank in Piet.
