Wolf Skins

Head to West Woodland 12-1 and speak to Throttler at (21,20).
When he asks if you will do him a favor click "Sure."
He will then ask you to find him 10 Wolf's Skin.

Wolf's Skin drop from Wolves in West Woodland, East Woodland, or Astrid.
You could also ask a Rogue to Higgle some.

Once you have 10 Wolf's Skin return to Throttler.

You will receive 15,000 Experience.
