To start this quest you must have completed the Plamit quest.

Head to (8,43) Plamit Village and enter Plamit Research.
Speak to Gisaem. He will ask if you would collect him some Wind Baem Missives. Click "Yes".
Collect 25 Wind Baem Missives from Baem Gadeau in Red Dragon Plamit's Cave

Once you have 25 Wind Baem Missives return to Gisaem.
He will ask if you collected 25. Click "Yes"
He will take 25 Missives.
You will receive 25,000 Experience and 25,000 Ability.
He will ask you to collect 25 more and return in 3 hours.
Wait 1 hour.

Return to Gisaem.
He will ask you if you collected 25 more. Click "Yes".
He will take 25 Missives.
You will receive 25,000 Experience and 25,000 Ability.
He will ask you to collect 25 more and return in 3 hours.
Wait 1 hour.

Return to Gisaem.
He will say these missives talked about an attack.
He will ask you if you collected 25 more. Click "Yes"
He will take 25 missives.
You will receive 25,000 Experience and 25,000 Ability.
He will ask you to collect 25 more and return in 3 hours.

Return to Gisaem
He will ask you if you collected 25 more. Click "Yes"
He claims that he is understanding the Missives.
He will take 25 missives.

He will ask for 3

Gold Bar in exchange for a new skill or spell.

Class	Abilities
Gladiator	Execute	Deals damage equal to 150% of your maximum health. Requires less than 2% health to use.
Bard	Demise	Curses the enemy, increasing their armor class by 95 and reducing their magic resistance by 40%.
Bard	Deception of Life	Attacks the target with massive Dark Damage.
Summoner	Dragon Blast	Attacks the target with massive Dark Damage.
Druid	Furious Bash	Deals heavy damage to nearby enemies. (1 tile in each direction)
Archer	Kidney Shot	Deals heavy damage to the enemy infront of you. Requires a Bow, Dagger or Secret.
