Divine Love Ring

Head to the Fairy at Shinewood 11 (72,37). Say "Divine Love Ring" aloud.
She will ask if you are promising the ring to somebody.
If you tell her yes she will ask who it's promised to and hand you a "Promised Love Ring"

Return to your lover and use the Promised Love Ring whilst nearby.
They will be asked if they wish to accept the ring.
If they accept it you will receive a notification and they will receive a Divine Love Ring.
